We are an Open and Affirming Church! We reaffirm our belief that all people are created in the image of God and so loved by God. We recognize and celebrate the diverse gifts of God among us. We seek to be a faithful community that invites into its midst all persons regardless of race, age, ethnicity, culture, sexual orientation, gender identity, family structure, marital status, economic condition as well as mental, emotional, and physical capabilities. In this spirit, we make a public covenant to be an open and affirming congregation welcoming all into the full life and ministry of our church and as full participants in worship, rites, and sacraments. As we move forward, we commit ourselves to making justice and inclusivity a reality in this church and in our community, our nation and our world.
